Store any batter (idli or dose) or curd for a day it will not turn sour. Traditionally our ancestors used to store pickles, jams, gojju or lehya and thokk for months. Also they used to store salt and tamarind in these vessels for years. Cooking is as easy as you do in any other vessels on gas stove. Cleaning is much more easier as it is natural non stick. anything wet or dry will stay fresh for longer duration.
