Soap Stone Kulipaniyaram / paddu stone tawa
Available in 7 and 10 holes pan. These are pre seasoned and ready to use. It consumes less oil. Suppose you are making paddu for 5 rounds, once you pour batter for the 4th round switch off the stove. The heat in the stone will complete the remaining.
Usage instructions for Kulipanyaram Pan
Before using the preseasoned stoneware vessels for first time, smear cooking oil inside and outside and leave it overnight.
Clean it gently with warm water and start cooking
Don’t keep empty tawa on stove. Use it on low flame.
